The warranty is one year (12 months) from acceptance and inspection. The inspection should be completed within 7 days after received the good. Minew will deem it as default qualified product if the buyer didn't provide the report of inspection in 7 days.

What does this warranty cover?
Minew provides a limited warranty for buyers that replacement and repair services arisen during normal use will be free.
How long is the warranty period?
This warranty lasts for 12 months after the date of initial purchase of a new, authentic Minewtag product.
What is NOT covered by the warranty?
The warranty and replacement service does not apply in the following cases:
- Over the warranty
- Run out of battery
- Cannot offer the purchase vouchers
- Use incorrect according to the datasheet and instructions
- Watering, broken and damaged by man-made
- Maintenance and remove the components without Minew’ s permission
- Due to the flood, fire, lighting, earthquake and other natural disasters
- Other damaged without product itself
